What makes an acceptable password for use with us?

• 12 to 50 characters in length

• Letters			(abcde...)

• Capital			(ABCDE...)

• Numbers			(12345...)

• Special			(!#£$*...)

When creating your password, you must use at least one letter, capital, number and special character!

What's the difference between the available upload options?

This option enables a single or multiple files to be uploaded.

This option collects all files within a folder including files within the subfolders of that root folder to be uploaded.

This option will collect all files and folders then upload them.

What's the difference between the available download options?

This option enables all files in the current directory to be downloaded.

This option collects all files and downloads them.

What's the difference between the available download options?

This option enables all applications in the current directory to be downloaded.

This option collects all applications and downloads them.

This option will collect all applications requiring an update and download them.

(Applications must be manually marked as updated with this option!)

What's the difference between the available delete options?

This option enables all files & folders in your cloud storage account to be deleted.
